Biofibre synthetic hair transplant

Hair loss is prevalent among millions of people the world over and hair transplant is the best method to restore hair. The benefit of having hair transplant done outweighs the advantages of opting for different alternative methods of hair restoration. There are many forms of hair transplant, some have been discouraged and omitted by the professionals while some methods have been approved by them for use. Many clinics in India offer biofibre synthetic hair transplant. Nowadays India has emerged as a hub for medical tourism and there is an influx of people who come to India for hair transplant surgeries. Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Jaipur are main cities which are offering world class hair transplantation facilities at affordable price. Among these cities, hair transplantation in Jaipur is mostly favored by Patients due to its superior result and competitive price.

The methods of transplant which have been discouraged are ones that leave behind unnatural look on the patients who opted for them. Adverse side effects are left by many methods which may lead to having the transplant done in the same area again and again if it is not handled appropriately.

Biofibre synthetic hair transplant acts as a replacement for normal hair and artificial hair are implanted into the human scalp. There are large numbers of clinics around the world that provide this system of hair transplant. To perform this operation there are trained doctors who are skilled and expert in doing so. The interesting part of this type of hair transplant is that it makes you look younger and it boosts a robust lifestyle in sports. The artificial hair which is transplanted looks very natural. A full thickness of hair is provided by the implants but they do not grow. You cannot change the color or the wave of the hair. It is necessary to maintain the implants, correct procedure has to be used to wash and dry your hair. Depending upon the preference of the individual, the hairline and the full head of hair can be done all at once or gradually. It is possible to mix the natural hair with the artificial transplanted hair.

Procedure
The color and length of the hair is determined by the patient’s preference and the texture of the remaining hair on the scalp.
During the commencement of the procedure to check for any possible reaction around 100 biofibres are placed on the bald area. When no reaction is found after one week then the remaining fibres are transplanted in one session on the bald area under anesthesia. Immediately after the procedure the patient is able to continue with his/her daily activities since no downtime is involved.

Why opt for biofibre synthetic hair transplant?
People who are eager to solve their problems regarding baldness opt for this method. The surgery is safe and efficient and it provides instant aesthetic results which are long lasting.

Advantages
  •  Within a short period of time, high density of hair is offered in this method and it gives immediate cosmetic results and natural look. This method saves the patient from psychological and physical torture which may come with other types of methods.
  •  The aesthetic requirements are met with biofibre synthetic hair transplant as the artificial hair is not detectable to the natural hair. They are available in the variations of 21 colors with varying lengths that can be used in different styles such as wavy, straight and curly
  •   It is a simple procedure and immediately after the transplant the person can engage in sports activities
  •   For those who opt for this method, the thickening of hair is gradual and progressive.
  •   This method is affordable.    This type of procedure is not a burden to the patient as high maintenance is not required.
  •   The hair transplant is not binding as the procedure can be performed or stopped when the patient feels appropriate. The transplant can be singly performed or in connection with other medical and surgical treatment.
  •  It is recommended to people with scarring alopecia and androgenetic alopecia.
Requirements for maintenance

To maintain the biofibre after the transplant a strict program has to be followed.
  •   The health facility where the transplant is done will provide a special product which has to be used to clean the scalp gently in every one or two days.
  •     For checking the progress the patient has to go for check-up at the biofibre clinic every 30 to 90 days.
The maintenance procedure has to be followed in order to maintain a healthy and clean scalp as the scalp can be affected with ailments which can affect the entire head and also the hair. The person should be sure of the procedure before opting for it. Since males sweat more on their scalp than the women, they are the ones who will be affected more if they do not follow the procedure for correct maintenance.

Disadvantages
  • Biofibre synthetic hair transplant has some limitations despite its positive and generous outcome
  • To maintain the aesthetic result which was achieved, small re-implants are required.
  • To prevent the scalp from infections, high hygiene levels must be maintained.
  • This method cannot be performed on patients who developed a reaction after the test transplant. Patients who are suffering from other scalp ailments are also not fit for this method.

Hair Cloning

Hair cloning is definitely going to make people happy who are looking for hair restoration and do not have donor hair grafts. This is going to be the revolutionary technique as it doesn’t involve in extracting the hair cells from the donor area and planting on the required area. So the people who do not have even a little donor area will be able to get new hairs.

What is Hair Cloning?
Lot of men now a days are experiencing male pattern baldness or androgenic alopecia. Hair cloning is going to be the prominent solution for this problem. As name suggests, this technique involves cloning (replication) of hair cells in a laboratory and then placing those hair cells on the required area of the patient. A single hair cell can be replicated for unlimited numbers and hence serve as a permanent cure for baldness.
The main thing however is that the study on this technique is still going on and it’s not full proof yet. It still needs some improvements as people have some questions related to it. But looking at the speed by which the researchers are working on it, this surgery may become successful all over the world within some years. The most important thing will be its commercial viability. But till then, it’s the hair transplant that will keep on helping the people. Across the world hair transplant has been done successfully. Some of the affordable destinations are India, Thailand and Turkey. Hair transplant cost in Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai is very affordable when compared to other countries.

How Hair Cloning Works?

Every hair follicle on our scalp contains multiple number of cells which are responsible for production of hairs. In the process of hair cloning, some of these hair cells are taken from healthy areas and then stimulated to generate number of hairs in a petri dish. The hairs generated in this petri dish are then transplanted on the head of the patient.

How it evolved?
In 2011 the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Medicine found that bald scalp and non-bald scalp had same number of stem cells. So it was about the number of progenitor cells that was depleted from bald scalp. That means even though the stem cell were present at bald scalp, they were not activated.
In 2013 Durham University came out with some new findings when scientists tried cloning in 3D system instead of 2D system.
They dissected the healthy dermal papillae from hair transplant and cultured it in a petri dish. Within 30 hours they observed that the papillae was able to generate 3000 papilla cells. They injected the cloned cells on foreskin as it is difficult to grow hairs on foreskin. The human skin samples were then grafted on rats and after 2 months they found that papillae cells were able to transform themselves into a brand new hair follicle.
Here is the video that will makes it easy for us to understand what developments have happened in hair restoration and how hair cloning is the next solution for baldness.
Research is still going on and within some years the researchers will be able to conclude on the feasibility of this technique.

Are you eligible?
Every healthy person who is experiencing excessive hair fall or baldness is good to go for hair cloning. Hair transplant (follicular unit extraction) is also a solution but hair cloning will benefit those who do not have any hair grafts on their own head.
How hair cloning is different from hair transplant (FUE)?
As we know that in hair transplant using FUE, the donor hairs are extracted from the scalp which is rich in hairs and then implanted on the bald scalp. The stem cells present in that area then grows the hair follicle and hence start producing new hairs. Whereas in hair cloning technique, a germinative cell is multiplied in hundreds outside the body and then those cells are implanted on the scalp. The person having high baldness level may not have any donor area and therefore FUE will not be feasible for him/her. Hair cloning will be helpful here as it just need a small amount of graft which is not necessary to be of the patient’s.

What are the challenges?
The study is yet to confirm that the cultured hairs which are transferred to the scalp will grow again or not once they fall. Even if they grow, will they look natural? Researchers are looking to confirm that the hairs generated, grows uniformly. If the hairs are ununiformed then they might look different from other hairs and may also look artificial.
The cost involved in the entire surgery may also create hurdles in making it a commercially viable for everyone. Some other researchers are also concerned about the quality of new hairs.
Any allergic reaction after the transplant to the donor hairs is another concern for the researchers. It’s not confirmed that how the donor cells will react to the transplanted hairs. Generally they adapt themselves in any new environment but it is still not ensured about that.

How will the Hair Cloning be beneficial?
This will be most beneficial for the people having no donor hairs. The hair transplant done using FUE does require donor hairs and hence the people with no donor hairs are not able to get their hairs transplanted. Hair cloning helps those people too and ample amount of hair grafts can be used.
The time taken in this procedure also reduces as the need to extract the number of grafts from the donor area reduces. There are already replicated cells available that can be transplanted. As only small part of graft need to be extracted, it will just leave a very small scar after the extraction.
The solution will be permanent with possible chances of natural and healthy hairs. The time and effort spent on the surgery will be less and hence the cost of the surgery may also be less and viable for everyone in need.
At the end it’s the science that is going to help us. Researchers will keep on doing the hard work to make the life of human being easy.

Spinach contains vitamins like B, C and E. it also contains potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and Omega-3. Every element among these is very important for healthy hair growth. Vitamin c produces sebum which is important for hair growth. It also acts as antioxidant for the hairs. Especially the iron content present in it helps in red blood cells to carry oxygen to the hair follicles helping in hair growth. A mixture of spinach, 1 tbsp. of honey and a little oil (olive oil need to be preferred as it is good for hair growth) applied on the hairs for half an hour to an hour can make your hairs smooth and silky.
